It is true - over 80% of ALL foreclosed properties have NEVER been listed on the market.
Simply allowing the property "to go back to the bank" should not be your choice. Cooperating with the bank to achieve a short sale is as close to a win-win as can be salvaged from the situation. Did you know that in most cases you can be a buyer again in about 2 years? As tragic as the threat of foreclosure may seem, all is not lost forever. This situation can be viewed as a speed bump, a temporary setback, something that can be overcome.
Unless you have already recieved a Lis Pendens or foreclosure notice you are still invisible to me. I can't seek you out and offer to help until the Lis Pendens gets filed with the County. And then, you will be getting SO MANY offers to 'help' sent in the mail you won't open anything. So, you need to make the call. Let's talk about it.
